We pride ourselves on being a part of your team and do everything we can to make sure that your experience of Plum Software is a positive one. Our Customer Care team call regularly to check progress and to offer free visits by Plum Software staff where required.

Our Help Desk is on local line rates and is manned by specialist staff who understand your hardware setup as well as the software. Our telephone lines are always personally answered and we aim to ensure a fast response. Software support is also provided via fax, mail and e-mail.

Our comprehensive manuals, supplied with the training days, are constantly updated. Word versions of the blank fact finds match the screens.
