





Tracking the progress of new business and recording events in the sales process to avoid delays is important, so Plum software provides a user-definable tracks system to monitor prospects, clients, businesses, mortgages, policies, new business, compliance, medicals, claims etc. Different departments/people in your business can set their own events, within a track, which are linked to the diary for recording events and to do lists relative to each other, so events dependent upon previous actions are not scheduled until those actions have taken place. Tracks for individual cases can be independently added and deleted. Preset or user-defined letters can be generated and attached to each event all helping efficiency, analysis, sales and compliance.
